Billdidit Inc. Shipping and Handling
Orders will be shipped using regular ground service using Canada Post.
Orders can only be shipped to a valid street address. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO.
Orders placed before 3:30pm AST/ADT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 3:30pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day.
If any products are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible and the order will not ship until all products are ready and available.
All international shipments mailed from Canada to the U.S.A. or abroad are subject to customs export rules, as per the laws and regulations of Canada, Canada Post and the destination country.
Please note that if customs duties or fees are applicable in the country of destination, the addressee will be responsible for the payment of any duties or fees.
Furthermore, international shipments may subject to inspection by customs officials. Billdidit Inc., cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment as the result of this possibility.
Expected Delivery Times:
Canada - 2 to 6 days,
USA - 8 to 14 days
Western Europe anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks
